Ronak Haresh Chhatbar

I am currently a graduate student at The State University of New York at Buffalo, deepening my expertise in Computer Science with an emphasis on Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision. My academic pursuits at Buffalo have spanned the gamut from Operating Systems and Reinforcement Learning to Biometrics Image Analysis and Machine Learning. Adding richness to my academic narrative, I’ve had the privilege of working with Dr. Chen Wang at the Spatial AI & Robotics Lab.

A passionate technologist, I’m proficient in a range of programming languages, including Python, C++, Rust, and SQL. I have also honed my skills with frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, OpenCV, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure. These skills were further sharpened during my tenure at Tensorgo Technologies in Hyderabad, where I led teams in developing scalable computer vision applications, optimizing cloud costs, and pioneering real-time audio-transcription and video inference pipelines. My professional journey in India also took me to Wavelabs.ai, where I championed object detection models and played a pivotal role in strategic decision-making via a forecasting and simulation engine.

My diverse experience, from crafting state-of-the-art solutions in AI to leading teams in deploying scalable solutions, positions me uniquely in the realm of technology. As I navigate the expansive world of computer science, I am eager to bring my robust combination of academic knowledge and hands-on experience to teams that prioritize innovation and impact in the AI landscape.
